About the Company History ANM Funding LLC was founded in Brooklyn, New York in the early twenty first century. About the President Moses Gross, President of ANM Funding LLC, is the man to watch, an emerging New York business force on the move. In this short period, Moses Gross has taken a ragtag band of school buddies and loose- roaming hungry professionals and created the mortgage brokerage powerhouse that is ANM Funding LLC. A native of Brooklyn, Gross came to the New York real estate scene with an eye turned towards magnate status. He began his career in the fashion of most real estate magnets, as a simple property owner with a few tenants. However, Gross' quick financial success with his management holdings, his charismatic personality and strong business sense generated an immediate community buzz, leading to numerous requests for his time and advice. For many in the community, Gross is the 'big picture man', the guy who can look at the details of your impending bankruptcy with more than a sympathetic eye. Not only does he have the financial ideas to turn your money disaster into a lucrative development project, Gross also has a serious commitment to being a part of the deal. As the stories of his management success and mortgage finesse continued to spread, it wasn't long before Gross was giving many others advice on how to leverage management holdings to take on development projects. Gross found himself time and again acting as a personal investment advisor, discussing financing options, and of course, personally arranging mortgages. For Gross, arranging a mortgage began out of a personal relationship held with someone who was either in financial trouble or seeking to develop their financial opportunities. After personally overseeing more than 80 closings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, Gross set out to make his mortgage knowledge as commercially viable as possible. He began to build ANM Funding LLC. He chose as his partner an old school chum, Abe Klein, a rapid talker with vast residential banking experience. Together they created ANM Funding LLC, an umbrella organization where personal relationships are transformed into a lucrative mortgage client base. At ANM Moses proves to be a dynamic and driving force on a daily basis, his emphasis on personal relationships and commitment to the deal providing a financial and behavioral guide for ANM hiring. ANM's loan officers, employees and affiliates, young and old, educated or with street smarts have one thing in common: commitment to the personal client relationship and the deal. Beyond providing motivational example and professional guidance, Gross is also the corporate conscience of ANM, his unique perspective on community building lending ANM a special corporate character. Gross is also responsible for the large number of charitable contributions made on behalf of ANM throughout the years. Charity is an integral part of our business at ANM FUNDING. About the Vice President As Vice President and the Senior Mortgage Brokerage Officer, Abe Klein is the indispensable leader of the ANM Funding Loan Officer Team. While Moses Gross is the guiding force of ANM, Abe Klein is the glue that holds it all together. Abe's vast residential brokering experience and gift of financing gab makes him the perfect informational hub for ANM Loan Officers. Klein is responsible for the smooth day- to - day operations of ANM's seven U.S. offices, maintaining constant communication with our branch managers, loan officers and bank representatives throughout the day. |
